The People, Payroll & Compliance Officer will provide an efficient, accurate and professional administrative service across payroll, HR and workforce compliance. Working under the management of the HR Manager, the post holder will take responsibility for the day-to-day administration and coordination of payroll processes, employee records, recruitment and onboarding administration, contractual documentation and employment-related compliance. The role will act as a key point of contact for routine staff payroll and HR administration queries and will ensure that employee information is accurate, complete, securely maintained and processed within required deadlines. Payroll Administration Take responsibility for the effective administration and coordination of the monthly payroll process under the oversight of the HR Manager and in liaison with the Finance Team and external payroll provider.
