• SMS will review the bill and advise you if savings* can be achieved

• SMS will then arrange for Fidelity Energy to conduct a no fee no obligation tender of all the major utility companies

• The tender results will be sent for you to decide if you want to switch

• If you do then Fidelity Energy will make all the arrangements for the transfer to the new supplier

• No Fees – No obligation to Accept Tender – No Fuss in transfer to new Supplier

• If you don’t then no problem but make sure you don’t go onto standard high tariffs

*Savings are compared to your current tariff. In some cases you new contract term may see a higher tariff which maybe because prices have increased dramatically since you last fixed your price – in these cases the price you can fix your new tariff will be considerably less than if you went on a non-contract price.
