Helpdesk Service (SLA)

Available for maintained schools and academies

The ‘Helpdesk only’ service is designed to provide remote support with the following features:

• Calls answered personally weekdays 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. for telephone advice and guidance

• Email support on all financial management matters

• Document templates and model policies for schools to personalise

• Newsletters advising of all new developments in both the academy and maintained sector

• Regular emails with hints and tips for success

All schools subscribing to the Helpdesk service will be eligible for a discount on additional consultancy visits.

For example, if you decide you would benefit from a day’s on-site consultancy, to assist with year-end preparations or support with statutory returns, or would benefit from one of our health check or compliance services, these will be available at a discount of 10% off our standard rates.
