A senior consultant will build your budget plan in line with your whole school development plan.

Particular attention will be paid to the accurate costing of your staffing structure.

SMS is an authorised reseller of HCSS budget planning software, and we provide support for their budget planning tool as part of our SLAs. HCSS enables schools to plan different scenarios quickly and easily, producing 3 – 5 year plans.

We are also happy to work with other software packages should schools have their own preferred supplier.

We will give recommendations on the split of curriculum resources across departments, allowing curriculum leaders the autonomy to bid for funds and take responsibility for their own budgets.
